Ans.:To the Author, most often, the shopkeepers reaches out to the item and hands it over to us without a single word . They must say just two words ‘Yes Sir’.

Ans.: Doctors makes the patients feel better by talking nicely and a couple of friendly words or even a smile.

Ans.: People refuse to look at the beggars. If they persists, they are said, ‘Munde Hogappa (Go Further)’ or some such thing and some do not say anything .

Ans.: We have a number rough public notices: ‘No Parking’, ‘No Smoking’,

‘No Admission’, ‘Visitors cars nor allowed’, and so on and so forth.

Ans.: If someone asks me to find some address, I start my conversation with him a little smile and talking a few friendly words. I tell them the way of their destination. If I am on the same way, I may pick them with me.
